Hi all, I was checking the available distance restraint averaging options in the Python interface (noePot.NOEPot.aveType()). It seems that only the "sum" and "center" options (related to "SUM" and "CENT" in original xplor language, respectively) are the only ones supported.
Are there plans to include the "R-6" (and possibly the "R-3", for the sake of completion) option, already available to the xplor language, into the Python interface? Thanks. Sincerely, Guillermo Bermejo PhD Student Carnegie Mellon University
