just use a different env variable- TOPPAR is set in the xplor run
script. You might a name like LOCAL_TOPPAR:

tcsh> setenv LOCAL_TOPAR /home/nim/test/toppa

X-PLOR>  para @LOCAL_TOPPAR:parallhdg_new.pro
