The first two errors are unavoidable do to compiler limitations, and the
third occurs if you do not have a valid X connection. So- it looks like
you installed Xplor-NIH correctly.
The symlinks:
> sudo ln -s /wenyong/xplor-nih-2.1.5/bin/xplor /usr/local/bin/xplor

that should probably be
sudo ln -s ~/xplor-nih-2.15.0/bin/xplor /usr/local/bin
and you'll want to repeat this for other files. So, in tcsh,
foreach file (xplor pyXplor tclXplor pdb2psf seq2psf)
sudo ln -s ~/xplor-nih-2.15.0/bin/$file /usr/local/bin
end
