Dear Xplor-NIH developers, I was wondering if it would be possible to incorporate resonance assignment probabilities rather normal resonance assignments in the PASD structure determination procedure. What I was wishing to was to use output from the automatic assignment method, PISTACHIO, that outputs a probability that a certain resonance assignment is correct together with the particular resonance assignment. This information I would like to retain in the structure determination / distance constraint assignment procedure using PASD. Is this possible, I think it would be very useful.
