Hi Leao, Concerning the error you saw in the sa.out, I think it is more likely a problem of the psf file you generate. Some of the atoms in noe data file cannot be recognized by the program based on the psf file. You easily check this by comparing the atom names in one structure and the noe file. You can change the atom name in the noes to solve the problem. Lei
