HiMa I am trying to install and use VMD-xplor on my G5. It runs Mac OS X version 10.4.9. I downloaded the following files and untared it. vmd-xplor-1.5.1-Darwin_8 xplor-nih-2.17-db.tar xplor-nih-2.17.0-Darwin_8
I could run the configure script with out any error messages in the xplor-nih-2.17.0-Darwin_8 folder. However when i run the testDist i i get the following errors. Total CPU time: 0 failures detected in XPLOR ################# I have moved around some files so that testDist can see it but still i get this INVALID TEST comments. I want to do a proper installation of xplor-nih as i am planning to use vmd-xplor too. Thanks Sheeja
