Which command lines can > execute Xplor-NIH ? You could enter the full path: /opt/xplor/xplor-nih-2.18/bin/xplor However, it may be easier overall to use the -symlinks option in this case. In the Xplor-NIH distribution directory, rerun ./configure like this: ./configure -symlinks /usr/local/bin You may need to type rehash but then the xplor command should be found. If not, you really do need to change your PATH variable. The details depend on which shell you're using. You should read a basic intro to Unix to gain an understanding of this. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Processed by Mailcrypt 3.5.8+ <http://mailcrypt.sourceforge.net/> iD8DBQFHPjZGPK2zrJwS/lYRApEXAKCG/42itrhdgKfGWrLLLR3gN81QCgCfXl+Z qWeiE90vDa6nfn7Wat4t6/0= =SpYT -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
