Dear Sir/Madam, I am trying to install X-PLOR on my new Dell Precision laptop running Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.1 with the Gnome desktop version 2.16.0.
I downloaded xplor-nih-2.9.7-Linux_2.2_i686.tar, which seems to be the latest version for Red Hat. However, after I extracted the files and typed ./configure I got the following error message: bin/xplor: line 35: [: /usr/local/xplor-nih-2.9.7/bin.Linux_2.4_i686: binary operator expected xplor not configured for platform: Linux_2.6_x86_64 I put Linux_2.6_x86_64 in the arch/equivList file but I got the same error message. I would be grateful for some advice on how to install X-PLOR on my laptop. Best, Andy LiWang
