Dear all, I'm trying to compile xplor-nih 2.9.2 on a Linux machine (Fedora core 1with gcc 3.3.2-1 and PGI_compiler 8.0) but I have a problem.
After typing "make" in the xplor-nih-2.9.2 directory, the process terminated with the following message: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ----------------------------------------------------------------- /usr/local/xplor-nih-2.9.2/bin.Linux_2.4_i686//libnmrPot.so: undefined reference to `__mth_i_dlog' /usr/local/xplor-nih-2.9.2/bin.Linux_2.4_i686//libnmrPot.so: undefined reference to `ftn_i_dsign' /usr/local/xplor-nih-2.9.2/bin.Linux_2.4_i686//libintVar.so: undefined reference to `fio_fmt_write' /usr/local/xplor-nih-2.9.2/bin.Linux_2.4_i686//libintVar.so: undefined reference to `fio_fmtw_init' /usr/local/xplor-nih-2.9.2/bin.Linux_2.4_i686//libintVar.so: undefined reference to `ftn_str_copy' /usr/local/xplor-nih-2.9.2/bin.Linux_2.4_i686//libnmrPot.so: undefined reference to `__mth_i_dsqrt' /usr/local/xplor-nih-2.9.2/bin.Linux_2.4_i686//libintVar.so: undefined reference to `fio_sc_fmt_write' /usr/local/xplor-nih-2.9.2/bin.Linux_2.4_i686//libintVar.so: undefined reference to `fio_fmtw_end' /usr/local/xplor-nih-2.9.2/bin.Linux_2.4_i686//libintVar.so: undefined reference to `fio_src_info' /usr/local/xplor-nih-2.9.2/bin.Linux_2.4_i686//libintVar.so: undefined reference to `ftn_strcmp' /usr/local/xplor-nih-2.9.2/bin.Linux_2.4_i686//libnmrPot.so: undefined reference to `__mth_i_dpowi' /usr/local/xplor-nih-2.9.2/bin.Linux_2.4_i686//libintVar.so: undefined reference to `ftn_stop' /usr/local/xplor-nih-2.9.2/bin.Linux_2.4_i686//libintVar.so: undefined reference to `ftn_str_cpy1' ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------------------------------------------------- Are there any suggestions?
