Hi, i am an undergraduate student who wants to use xplor-nih. I just downloaded it and set it up, but i simply do not know how to make it work. I already checked the on-line manual and got the step-by-step examples, but it is still not straightforward to my. Do anyone have some examples that i could use? (Including some with patches for unusual residues like D-aminoacids) Thanks in advance. -- Miguel
