Hi,

I'm trying to install XPLOR-nih to my group account on a cluster. I've
extracted both xplor-nih-2.23.db.tar.gz and
xplor-nih-2.23-Linux_2.6_x86_64.tar.gz.
Then ./configure in the xplor-nih-2.23 directory. When I testDist I get the
following errors,

tclcmd failed
tkInterTest failed
And all 16 of the tcl script tests fail

I'm not sure why I get these failures but they seem to lead to further
problems such as .tcl scripts won't run unless I edit them to include,

#! /usr/bin/tclsh
#

and then change their permissions to make them exectutable. However, at this
point the tclsh is unable to locate any of the programs such as marvin, e.g.

package require marvin
can't find package marvin

I'm sure something went wrong during the intial installation b/c I shouldn't
have to edit all the .tcl scripts and find a way to install marvin, talos,
etc and manually modify my auto_path in tclsh to find these
packages/programs.

Can someone please tell me why these tcl failures happend and how I can fix
this problem? I can't even run the pasd/cvn tutorial right now.

Thanks,
