Hi everyone,
I would be interested in using implicit solvent during the refinement
of my structure. In the mailing list archives, there are references to work by
Simonson, who provides additional files to add to Xplor sources (not Xplor-nih)
which consequently requires re-compilation.
I would like to know if anyone recently tried to apply this procedure
to Xplor-nih (if possible successfully) ? If not, does it seem reasonable to
try it (with some help maybe) ?
