echo | bin/xplor -py ; ./testDist

There are no errors anymore.

On Linux platforms, there is a cleanup procedure which is run at
startup. This procedure produces output if any resources are freed- and
this will confuse the test procedure. What is likely happening is that
there was a bit of cleanup during the first test, but it otherwise ran
just fine. Please see if there are errors when run like this:

  echo | bin/xplor -py ; ./testDist

I believe your Xplor-NIH installation is executing properly.
