Not sure everything which is wrong, as this is but a fraction of a script. One problem is that the patch definition is commented-out: > > ! presidue ZnC2H2 Another problem is that the incorrect patch name is used when it is applied: > > patch cchh reference=1=(resid 8) > > > when i run this script ,the error is "number=401 unrecognized comand > " I do not understand the reason,please help me This I do not understand- perhaps there is a problem elsewhere. The attached updated snippet fixes the problems I see, but I think something else is going on.
