Dear Team Members, I am a research scholar working in 3D modeling of protein structure from NMR NOESY experiments. I want to convert NOE distance restraints from CYANA to Xplor-NIH format. Any helper program/code would be useful. I am using Xplor-NIH as part of my research of deriving 3D protein structure from NOESY/J-Coupling constraints. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
