Hello,
Installation of xplor-nih seems to be hitting a snag with the new Mac
OS (Lion). This runs with Darwin_11_x86_64. When I try and run the
./configure command after downloading the most recent copy of xplor-nih (and
after changing the equivList file), I get the message:
dyld: Symbol not found: _gzdirect
Referenced from: /usr/lib/libxml2.2.dylib
Expected in : /Users/me/xplor-nih-2.28/bin/Darwin_8_x86/libz.1.dylib
in /usr/lib/libxml2.2.dylib
This error appears 4 times, then the installation dies.
