Ok, then it may be a better idea to create this as a separate project,
e.g. at sourceforge.net, and maybe link to it from xmlsoft.org (although
I do not know what linking policy Daniel uses).

I still think that SLAX is a brilliant idea, and that an open-source
version would be in the interest of all.
