Is there some way to see the list of available functions within xsltproc? I'd like to know what functions are there, outside of the standard XSLT and XPath ones, but it doesn't look like --dumpextensions shows all of them. For example xf:escape-uri() and possibly the three node-set() functions defined in extra.c.
