I was trying to use a client-side transformation.Parameters cannot be set when the transformation is launched by a processing instruction. Did you check with a browser debugger, such as FireBug for FireFox or native debuggers for IE and Chrome, in the network profiler, whether the HTTP request for config.xsl is correct?
