Interesting! It appears that the XForms control was deleted before yet
another event was sent to it.
Adding a test to avoid the exception sounds enough in this situation but
it is currently not possible for me to check this...
It will be committed in the next revision.

By chance stumbled upon a potential bug in the xsltforms
library recently. The attached simple test case shows how an
exception is thrown when user clicks Delete trigger on the
last item in a repeat list. Only in Chrome it seems.
It is possible to avoid the exception by putting an extra
null check in the if() statement on the line where the
exception is thrown, however, it looks like the issue may
reveal a deeper issue, whose effects could sometimes be more
subtle.
