Personally, I stopped going to K-Mart, despite their good selection of yarn,
because I could never get anyone to wait on me. One night, my husband
actually went to the customer service counter and had someone paged, and 15
minutes later we were still waiting. We left over $100 of stuff in the middle
of the aisle and just walked out.
