Review: Approve

This patch makes sense, just to explain why it works: light-locker installs a
desktop-file with the "--lock-after-screensaver" option set to 5 seconds. So 5
seconds after the X11 screensaver timeout (by default: 600secs, i.e.
10minutes), light-locker locks the session.
Adding this kinda empty desktop-file seems like a sound approach to prevent the
light-locker process from starting, hence I'm approving.
