FWLIW, I much prefer the first logo with the mouse inside the ubuntu
circle (and I love that little animation someone created ;-)
indeed they're both sweet. I thought of making that animation into an xfce session splash
sometime. Although it would be even nicer if starting xfce would be so fast as to not need a splash.
The blue is fine, but I think I would prefer the more purple colors used
in the last logo (the one without the mouse by Derick Eisenhardt).
Sure. We'll definitely need a more formal decision process when deciding on the final artwork.
