Yes, sorry, I didn't explain myself well.
I guess I should have said "How do I disabled the ability to RESIZE a maximized window."?
What happens is I go to click on a scrollbar on the right size of the window, and I end up
grabbing the window border instead, and accidentally resizing the window.
To the best of my knowledge, the current xfwm4 does not allow disabling resizing maximized
windows, and this ability is on the XFCE most wanted wish list, so I know I'm not
the only one who is annoyed by this. In my case, I accidentally resize maximized windows so often,
it makes XFCE almost unusable for me.
