Hello

is any of you experiencing xscreensaver not working in a default (clean)
install?
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/xubuntu-meta/+bug/4288
While I was running Xubuntu on my iMac, I did notice that I couldn't start Xfce from the command line unless I was root. The reason given was usually that xscreensaver wasn't working properly.

And yes, I realise that I shouldn't even have a root account in Xubuntu, but that was the problem I had. ;-)

Sorry I can't be more specific, the machine has since been wiped and had other distros installed.
