Yes, but my problem is: I don't know which packages I installed from alternative repositories.

If they are specifically Dapper versions you will have to remove them
either before (which is safer) or during (which may pose a hassle)
dist-upgrade. But some repositories are providing Edgy versions already
(like compiz). So you'd better check it.
