I have gone through your links and the tutorials and think I have a
basic grasp of what's involved. I have assigned myself to the Xfce Dict
testcase for starters and will take a crack at working through that one
for real.
I do have a couple of questions:
1) What is the significance of the "Test-case name:" section header in
the testcase file? I didn't see that mentioned in any of the links.
2) I see that some existing testcases use UK English spelling; should we
use that, US English, or does it matter?
