Hi Yousuf

Thanks for this, happy to work along side Popey (Alan Pope IIRC) and
others in the team to try and get the mastodon instance in use.

What is the backend on the xubuntu website ? If it is able to run the
Activity Pub protocol [1] then it should be possible to subscribe to the
blog from the mastodon account, that way any updates to the blog will be
federated to the mastodon server.
