In the mean time, you can still find the Xubuntu ISO file at
https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/xubuntu/releases/. This is where the
download links *used* to point, before the xubuntu.org website was
compromised. The ISOs should be unmodified, as the website did not
provide them directly, it simply pointed to where they are hosted on
Canonical's ISO distribution server.
