Ubuntu is still supporting i386 for 18.04?

Whichever devices run on i386 CPU's probably need a hardware upgrade rather
than an distro upgrade! ☺️

Would have been nice to just support 64 bit for x86 on 18.04, cuts the test
matrix in half.
