Plain straight version, or Xebian? I have recently been evaluating MX Linux (which again is Debian + Xfce, but with more helpful tools, smaller and faster) and Alpine Linux with Xfce. MX is much easier than Debian and it's faster too. Alpine is tiny. It takes about as much space on disk as Ubuntu takes RAM, and it boots in seconds even on a Core 2 Duo... but quite a lot of normal modern Linux things do not work. -- Liam Proven ~ Profile: https://about.me/liamproven Email: [email protected] ~ gMail/gTalk/FB: [email protected] Twitter/LinkedIn: lproven ~ Skype: liamproven IoM: (+44) 7624 227612: UK: (+44) 7939-087884 Czech [+ WhatsApp/Telegram/Signal]: (+420) 702-829-053 -- xubuntu-users mailing list [email protected] Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/xubuntu-users
