I guess, I'm not the only one who is receiving e-mails from Ian Hickson. Today I received the following:
"As this is a trademark issue, is there any chance you could look at this in the near future? We (the editors of the XUL specification) would like to resolve confusion over the name XUL as soon as possible. We believe that the term XUL clearly refers to the Mozilla- originated XUL language, and consider the term to be our trademark." I certainly don't have the money to fight any kind of Trademark issue in court. However, since the Theodore (Theodore - XUL Editor for Thinlet) as well as Swixml (XUL Engine for Swing) mention XUL, it would take me some time to replace any XUL reference (incl. images) on the Website, time I rather spend coding ... Any advice?
