Now here's my first reaction: For once it has its benefits that the Mozilla folks haven't touched their XUL docs for ages and are frozen in time. For example, Microsoft filed its XUL patent on May 20, 1999 disclosing its "invention" to the world. Now David Hyatt touched up the chrome configuration spec the last time on April 7, 1999.
