Why would GNOME be in /usr/bin but X11 be exiled to /usr/X11/bin?

It makes no sense.  We long ago (prior to S10 FCS) made the decision to
dump everything in /usr, and things that are still lurking elsewhere are
just legacy.

+1 to the move.  It's long overdue.
