I wrote on January 22, 2007 in the Xorg 7.2 PSARC case (PSARC/2007/051):

Just as a historical footnote, the future has arrived as expected, and
while we still don't have flying cars, the new Ultra 27 workstations
announced this week have as their top-end video option an
NVIDIA Quadro FX 5800 card with 4GB of VRAM on a single card.
