I'm sorry, I guess I wasn't clear enough - any plan that relies on the SPARC
graphics team doing anything, even just sending you e-mail, is basically the
same as planning to do nothing here, ever.   They get the mail from this mailing
list, and sometimes they reply to it, but you can see their silence on this
topic already.    They are only a couple of people, and already very busy
with their existing workload and the drivers they've agreed to port - I don't
think they'll object to someone else making the open source drivers for older
graphics work, but I wouldn't count on them having any time to help you at all.

If someone wants this to happen, plan on doing it all by yourself.
