No, those should definitely have files in.

Strange - I didn't think anything in it used ncurses.h, and
I don't know what sys/immu.h is.

I'm working on it, but the change in build layout from the X.Org
monolith in a separate tree to X.Org modules in the main tree
required changes to my script to generate the source tarballs,
and I'm still debugging it (haven't made a tarball yet that
actually builds, though I'm getting close).
