I've compiled and installed the /usr/X11/bin/i386/Xorg
binary from current fox-gate sources
ssh://anon at hg.opensolaris.org/hg/fox/fox-gate

The idea was trying to debug the mouse jump issue
on the Xorg server side. But so far the fox-gate Xorg
binary doesn't reproduce the mouse jump issue any
more ?!?

Btw: One thing that I noticed: fox-gate contains a fix for
855537 Xorg should rely on HAL for input devices

It seems with that fix the new Xorg does not recognize
my laptop's build-in PS/2 keyboard any more.
I have to attach an external USB keyboard to
get a usable keyboard under X. Maybe I should
replace more than the Xorg server binary?
Or is hald from b117 too old to work with Xorg?

(II) The server relies on HAL to provide the list of input devices.
If no devices become available, reconfigure HAL or disable
AllowEmptyInput.
