Can it really be that it is no-one's job to consider that sort of thing? If it *is* someone's job, then maybe they could pipe up and let us know what's going on? I know Sun isn't made of money but it would be reassuring if there were some indication that its a recognised problem and that *someone* is responsible (and, hopefully, empowered to some extent). If some cards have too little perceived penetration to make it worthwhile, and have been marked as 'ignore', then that is at least a positive action. But that doesn't sound like what's happened given your use of language. James
