It came because somebody disabled my Xorg-bin wrapper patch (but only
partially, not really).
I have put it in place again, but from now on it only gets applied on
SPARC, so it doesn't interfere with your x86 builds.
On SPARC, however, you *should* use it, because otherwise Xorg will
hardlock whatever SPARC's with any m64 flavour or pfb (XVR-50 or
XVR-100) or whatever else that needs either the ati ddx module (or one
of its sub-modules), or radeonhd.

After I re-enabled the wrapper the build attempted to generate
mapfile-Xorg-externs from hw/xfree86/Xorg, which was already only the
wrapper by then, a plain ascii file. No wonder the
mapfile-Xorg-externs couldn't be properly created.
I wonder why I didn't realize it instantly.
But I didn't have this problem since 15 months ago ... , when I
introduced the wrapper for the first time.
Why didn't you throw some wood against my head in order to help me
recall it a bit quicker?
