Horizontal sync and vertical refresh are *NOT* the number of pixels,
but rates at which the screen is drawn. You've configured your server
to run at rates which no monitor I've seen can support. Typical values
for those are usually 60 - 75 for vertical refresh and 30-80 for horizontal
sync, not numbers like 800 or 1280.
