I'm assuming "Xmanager" is an XDMCP client to display a session from the
machine to a remote host - in that case, you need to open up the XDMCP
service in either dtlogin (default in Solaris 10 & Express) or gdm
(default in OpenSolaris 2008.*).

For dtlogin, you would need to do:
  # svccfg -s cde-login setprop dtlogin/args = \"\"
  # svcadm refresh cde-login
  # svcadm restart cde-login

For gdm, I don't remember the exact steps - google should find them, or
someone in desktop-discuss should know.
