There is a 2-D graphics driver for Radeon X300 graphics in
OpenSolaris already. For 3-D acceleration, you would need
to add the DRI module for Radeon to both the kernel & mesa.
Fortunately, this has been done by Sun engineers and is coming
in an update that should be available on pkg.opensolaris.org
soon (I believe the build 90 update will include it).
