Ok, that is indeed the case, how can I ensure that the driver attaches Planes 1
& 2 to the TMDS-1 / VGA interfaces and not DVI / LVDS .. and when it does so
.. in clone mode.
Xrandr doesn't seem to work either, as when the display mode is changed to
enable the the VGA interface, system freezes and display goes black.
This is on a Lenovo T60 using the Advanced Docking Station (250310U), I've set
the BIOS video mode to LCD only during boot.
