Xvnc is it's own Xserver, so it doesn't run on top of Xorg or Xsun,
but instead of them, for situations where you never display to local
graphics devices but only to a VNC viewer (such as in a local zone,
Xen domain, or headless server machine).

The section about " and with a VNC-enabled XFree86 server via Options entries
in the XF86Config file." should be deleted from the man page
since we are not shipping the loadable module for XFree86/Xorg servers
in this project. That's the only XFree86 reference I see.

I know of no reason not to allow inetd operation, but have not included
an inetd-based SMF manifest at this time.
