I would be amazingly surprised if those worked with the 6.9 server.
The reason we hadn't been updating drivers lately is most required
functions only available in Xorg 7.1 or later - I had tried specifically
newer i810 drivers with Xorg 6.9 and they failed. (Also, any i810
driver newer than the 1.4.x series requires a newer version of the
i915 DRI module in the kernel - since we're moving to 1.7.4 with 7.2,
DRI will be broken for a bit until the kernel guys catch up.)
