Certainly - I'm willing to help with advice and use of the X Windows
community areas on opensolaris.org, and even help out a bit, I just
can't do it all or organize it all.

Now that 6.9/7.0 have completed, and my time is no longer fully absorbed
by X.Org community release manager duties, my top priority is to enjoy
the holiday break and unwind from that pile of stress. 8-)

Once January comes around though, I'll be back to work on getting the
sources for our 6.9-based builds for the Xorg server out to OpenSolaris,
among a variety of other projects and tasks.

(BTW, what are you missing from the "**full**" set of libraries? The only
ones I know of we don't yet ship that open source packages need are
libXcursor and libXcomposite, which I've talked to the JDS team about
and we'll probably integrate to Nevada sometime next year. I gave them
a build of those two for the recent Solaris Desktop Summit to use with
the GNOME 2.12 build they put together for that. Unfortunately, getting
binaries outside the firewall as part of anything other than a release is
a lot of work still due to various policies, regulations, and laws. I
think they're working to simplify that, but that's more of a program-team
  issue.)
