For external users, the vt.h header is available from the onnv hg repo or

You may need the new vt.h header file in the latest ON workspace to build
the XNV gate after this push.
Just copy /ws/onnv-clone/usr/src/uts/common/sys/vt.h to /usr/include/sys/
