Hi steven and everyone else, first of all: Is it possible for you to join the google group? It would be muuuuch easier than adding you to cc ;) The mailing list does have very low mail traffic.
I applied all your patches to my master branch and did some testing. Up to now everything looks very good. Thank you very much for your contribution. I got a little bit confused by the many mail patches and the random sorting done by google groups and google mail.
