Hi there, for those of you who still run ubuntu 8.04 (hardy), you can install packaged libeigen2-dev now from our updates package archive https://launchpad.net/~yade-users/+archive/external (sudo add-apt-repository ppa:yade-users/external; sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get install libeigen2-dev).
